What are ‘loyalty points’?

Loyalty points are awarded to each registered user when purchasing the products for which the loyalty points are awarded. After you make payment under the invoice, these points can be used when making another purchase by receiving an additional discount (1 point equals 3 Euro cents from the amount to be paid for a product; up to 50% of the purchase amount may be covered by the points).

RULES FOR USE OF LOYALTY POINTS OF MANO VAISTINĖ ONLINE STORE

1. KEY DEFINITIONS

1.1. ‘Online Store’ shall be an online store at www.manovaistine.lt.

1.2. ‘Products’ shall be medicines, food supplements, medical supplies and other items sold at the Online Store.

1.3. ‘Customer’ shall be a person who purchases or orders the Products in the Online Store and is the end user of such Products, i.e.: 1) any capable natural person – a person who has reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania; 2) any minor aged fourteen to eighteen who has the consent of parents or carers, except when he / she is emancipated; 3) any legal person; 4) any duly authorized representatives of all the above persons.

1.4. ‘Administrator’ shall be ENTAFARMA, UAB, who carries out the Online Store administration work and has its registered office at Klonėnai vs. 1, LT-19156 Širvintos District Municipality, legal entity code 174443844, VAT payer’s code LT744438415.

1.5. ‘Account’ shall be the result of the Customer’s registration with the Online Store, based on which the Customer’s account is created where the personal data and account history of the Customer are stored.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By purchasing certain Products in the Online Store, each Customer automatically collects loyalty points. The Products for which loyalty points are awarded are marked in the Online Store with a special mark on the internal card of the Product and the number of loyalty points that the Customer receives when purchasing this Product is specified. When purchasing any Products that do not have the special mark, loyalty points are not awarded.

2.2. Loyalty points accumulate with each purchase made by the Customer, and the number of such points awarded to the Customer depends on the value of the Products purchased. The value assigned to each Product, i.e., the number of loyalty points that the Customer can receive upon purchase of the Product is indicated on the internal card of the Product under the Product’s name. Loyalty points are not awarded based on the cost of delivery of the Products and any other payments made by the Customer.

2.3. The value of one loyalty point is EUR 0.03.

2.4. The Customer cannot exchange the accumulated loyalty points for cash.

2.5. The Customer can use the accumulated loyalty points at the time of his / her next purchase and cover up to 50% (fifty percent) of the amount due for the Products purchased.

2.6. The Customer can use the accumulated loyalty points for making payments on the next day after the points have been received.

2.7. The validity period of the loyalty points accumulated by the Customer shall be of indefinite duration until the Customer makes use of them.

2.8. The Customer can check the balance of the accumulated loyalty points in his / her Account.

2.9. Where the Customer, at the time of his / her next purchase, places an order for the purchase of the Products following the procedure established by the Online Store and wishes to make use of his / her accumulated loyalty points upon settlement, the balance of the loyalty points accumulated by the Customer automatically decreases. The above decrease takes place even if:

2.9.1. The Customer cancels the order of the Products;

2.9.2. The Customer does not make payment for the Products under the order.

2.10. In the cases provided for in Clauses 2.9.1 and 2.9.2 of the Rules, in order to recover the balance of loyalty points, the Customer must submit a request for individual restoration of the balance of loyalty points in writing or by electronic communications means to the Administrator within 14 calendar days.

3. FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Rules unilaterally. The Customers will be notified of any modifications, adjustments or supplements to the Rules upon connecting to the Online Store or purchasing the Products there for the first time after the entry into force of the new version of the Rules. The new version of the Rules enters into force once it has been published on the website of the Online Store.

3.2. The Administrator reserves the right to terminate the loyalty points program unilaterally. The Customers will be notified of the termination of the loyalty points program upon connecting to the Online Store and by a relevant notice on the Online Store website. In the event of termination of the loyalty points program, the Customers will have the right to make use of accumulated loyalty points within 1 (one) month after the Administrator’s notification of the termination of the loyalty points program. After expiry of the above term, all loyalty points accumulated and not used by the Customers will be cancelled automatically.
