1. Išimkite pakelį iš pakuotės, pakuotę vėl užklijuokite.
2. Išvyniokite pakelį ir nuimkite paketą nuo plastiko plėvelės. Plėvelės neišmeskite, jos prireiks panaudojus paketą.
3. Užklijuokite Gentle Day Far-IR Anion paketą ant kelnaičių. Ilgesnis paketo galas turi būti nugarinėje kelnaičių dalyje. Kad būtumėte geriau apsaugota nuo pratekėjimo, rinkitės įprasto dizaino, gerai priglundančias kelnaites.
4. Atėjus laikui keisti paketą, nuimkite jį nuo kelnaičių ir įvyniokite į plastiko plėvelę, kurią nuėmėte nuo paketo prieš jį naudojant.
5. Panaudotą paketą išmeskite į šiukšlių dėžę. Negalima mesti į klozetą.
