Ingredients: pine buds (Pini gemma) – 100 %.
Preparation and use:
Add 150 ml of boiling water on 0,5 teaspoon of pine buds and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes to infuse until the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. Drink a glass of tea 2–3 times a day.
