Bearberry leaf can help maintain the bladder and urinary tract function.
Ingredients: bearberry leaf (Arctostaphylos uva ursi) – 100 %.
Preparation and use:
Add 200 ml of boiling water on 1–2 teabags of bearberry leaf and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes, then strain off. Drink a glass of tea 3–4 times a day, between the meals.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
