Herbal tea for breastfeeding mothers
- Sweet fennel fruit can help maintain upper respiratory tract function, improve digestion, suppress intestinal bloating, and encourage lactation in breastfeeding mothers.
- Caraway fruit can help maintain digestive system function, reduce intestinal bloating, and encourage lactation in breastfeeding mothers.
Ingredients: sweet fennel fruits (Foeniculi dulcis fructus) – 30 %, caraway fruit (Carvi fructus) – 30 %, anise fruit (Anisi fructus) – 20 %, melisa leaves (Melissae folium) – 20 %.
Preparation and use:
Add 200 ml of hot but not boiling water, on 1–2 teabags and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes to infuse until the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. Drink a glass of tea 2–3 times a day.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Not to be consumed by people sensitive to the ingredients of the tea. Store in a dry and well-ventilated room.
