1 Disperse pakelio turinį išberkite į stiklinę (100–150ml) vandens ar sulčių (svarbu eiliškumas – pirma pilti skystį, po to berti miltelius), gerai išmaišykite ir išgerkite. Suaugusiems vartoti po 1 pakelį, o vaikams 6–12 metų, po pusę pakelio per dieną, po valgio. Rekomenduojame pasitarti su gydytoju ar vaistininku dėl vartojamo kitokio kiekio. Vartoti atsargiai, jeigu yra padidėjęs jautrumas (alergija) sudedamosioms dalims.
