Ingredients: raspberry leaves (Rubus idaeus) – 100 %.
Preparation and use:
Add 200 ml of boiling water on 1–2 tablespoons of raspberry leaves and cover. Leave for 5–10 minutes, then strain off. Drink a glass of tea 2–3 times a day.
